To reduce wastage, we stock limited standard products and the rest of our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and to reduce waste. Once you place your order, our artisans begin the crafting process. Due to this, delivery may take a bit longer, but it means your product is one of a kind, made just for you. You’ll receive updates on your order status, including an estimated delivery time.

What if I need to return or exchange my item?

Our items are crafted with care, and while we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are needed. If you'd like to return or exchange your item, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Note that returned items must be in their original condition.
